Amilla Maldives is hosting two visiting wellness practitioners across February and March, presenting guests with personalised therapeutic experiences focused on restoring balance, vitality, and inner harmony.

Currently in residence at the resort, Francesc Miralles (30 January – 20 February 2026) is an internationally recognised wellness consultant from Catalonia with more than 30 years of experience spanning Classical Chinese Medicine, physiotherapy, and luxury hospitality. His approach integrates therapeutic movement, seasonal wellbeing, and food as medicine, supporting guests in building resilience, renewed energy, and a lasting sense of calm. During his stay, guests can access tailored physiotherapy, postural alignment sessions, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, facial acupuncture, and Harmonia classes focused on posture, mindfulness, and longevity-based nutrition.

From 20 February to 25 March 2026, Numthip Puntha, known as Amp, will join Amilla Maldives as the resort’s next visiting practitioner. A highly qualified physiotherapist from Thailand, Amp specialises in integrative therapies such as Lifestyle Medicine, Sound Healing, and Chi Nei Tsang. Her work centres on emotional release, detoxification, and rebalancing the body’s natural energy flow. Guests will be able to experience healing massage, lymphatic drainage, Tibetan sound therapy, cranial release, Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang, and group sound bath sessions.

These wellness offerings are delivered within Amilla Maldives’ tranquil island environment. Additional information about the resort is available at www.amilla.com.
