Ooredoo Maldives has introduced Text a Coffee, a digital gifting service designed to help customers connect with loved ones in a thoughtful way through the My Ooredoo App and web portal.
The service enables Ooredoo customers to instantly send treats such as coffee, meals, or ice cream to friends and family. With a few taps or clicks, users can select and gift items from a growing list of popular food outlets.
Text a Coffee is simple, fun, and convenient, and can be sent to recipients on any local network. Upon sending, the recipient receives a confirmation SMS with details of the gift and a unique transaction code, which they can present at the chosen outlet to redeem the treat.
Currently, the service includes 13 partner outlets, featuring options such as Dunk n Dip, Kabowl, Soho Coffee House, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and Bread Matters, among others.
