Siyam World Maldives, part of the Sun Siyam Resorts Lifestyle Collection, is gearing up for an electrifying ten-day celebration from October 20 to 31, 2025, marking its fourth anniversary with a festival that blends sports, music, gastronomy, and a Halloween experience unlike any other in the Maldives.
The festivities begin with a three-day Rugby Camp from October 20–22, led by England rugby star Danny Care, followed by an action-packed Football Camp from October 23–27, where legendary players Marco Negri, Marco Materazzi, and Ciru Caruso will train young guests through drills and games under the Maldivian sun.
Culinary enthusiasts are in for a treat as Chef Junichi Tanaka and sake sommelier Yasuyuki Suzuki take over Siyam World’s Japanese fine-dining restaurant, Arigato. Known for his mastery of fire, fermentation, and storytelling through food, Chef Tanaka — co-founder of Bincho Tanaka in Ito, Japan — will collaborate with Suzuki to present an exclusive sake-paired menu that merges fine dining with traditional Japanese sake culture. With a background that spans New York, Australia, and creative collaborations in film and music, Tanaka’s dishes, rooted in binchotan charcoal and seasonal harmony, promise to elevate Siyam World’s vibrant dining scene even further.
The island will then shift into full festival mode for its 4th Birthday Bash on October 28, featuring electrifying beach performances by DJ LOVRA and Tom Zanetti. Guests can expect an atmosphere charged with music, dance, and the signature high-energy spirit that has made Siyam World synonymous with island celebration.
As October draws to a close, Halloween night on October 31 will see Siyam World transformed into a realm of pure terror as The Conjuring Universe takes over the island. Guests will walk through a live haunted experience where horror icons such as Annabelle, The Nun, La Llorona, and The Crooked Man come terrifyingly to life. Survivors of this chilling encounter will witness a dramatic horror dance show inspired by one of The Conjuring’s infamous tales — followed by an afterparty of DJs, live performances, and thrilling surprises where the line between nightmare and festivity fades in the most exhilarating way.
