Dubai-based real estate firm Samana Developers has announced its entry into branded residences with the unveiling of its $598 million luxury project in the Maldives. The development, named Samana Ocean Views, marks the company’s first venture of this kind and is set to redefine luxury living in the island nation.
Spanning over 507,651 square feet, the project will feature 190 exclusive units, including beachfront villas, overwater bungalows, and poolside apartments. Designed by renowned interior brand Elie Saab Interiors, the development combines elegance and functionality with a focus on high-end living.
Conveniently located, Samana Ocean Views can be reached via a 20-minute speedboat ride from Hanimaadhoo Airport or a 45-minute seaplane journey from Malé. Construction is expected to be completed by 2029.
