Dhiraagu has officially started distributing race kits for the upcoming Dhiraagu Maldives Road Race (DMRR) 2025. The collection is taking place at the DMRR Bib Expo Centre, located on the ground floor of the Dhiraagu head office on Ameenee Magu in Malé City.
Participants can collect their kits over several days this week. The distribution schedule began on 19 October 2025, with collection times set from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and again from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. From 20 to 22 October, the Bib Expo Centre will remain open in three daily sessions — 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
According to Dhiraagu, each race kit contains the participant’s bib, which includes an integrated timing chip, along with a race t-shirt, string bag, and four safety pins. Participants are required to present their national identity card and bib number at the time of collection for verification purposes.
Now in its 16th year, the Dhiraagu Maldives Road Race remains the country’s largest annual running event, drawing more than 4,500 participants. This year’s race is scheduled to take place on Friday at Central Park in Hulhumalé.
