Open daily from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Azure is the perfect spot for a midday retreat. Surrounded by lush screw pines, the venue offers an idyllic setting where guests can unwind, savoring the simple pleasures of island life while enjoying the sea breeze.
The menu at Azure features light, fresh bites and wood-fired pizzas, with the standout being the signature Azure pizza. This unique dish highlights Maldivian ingredients, including tuna carpaccio, lobster, dried fish, herbs from the chef's garden, and a base of Maldivian chili tomato sauce. Additionally, guests can enjoy a refreshing selection of cocktails, with Provence rosé being a particular favorite on sunny beach days.
To finish off the meal, Azure offers homemade sorbets in tropical flavors such as creamy coconut, zesty lemon screw pine, fragrant basil, and vibrant hibiscus—perfect for cooling off after a warm afternoon in the sun.
