The Maldives Butler Academy successfully conducted a specialised Butler Training program at the Noku Maldives Resort on February 11th and 12th. This initiative was led by Mohamed Yamaany, the academy’s president and chief trainer, who has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector with various renowned hotel brands. His extensive background in tourism significantly contributed to the success of the training.
The two-day program was designed specifically for seven staff members at Noku Maldives and covered crucial butler skills such as grooming, service etiquette, and stress management. Participants engaged in interactive sessions and hands-on activities, which promoted active involvement and kept everyone motivated throughout the training.
Feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many appreciating the relevance of the material, clearly defined objectives, and the expertise of the trainers. The well-structured training materials and the supportive atmosphere further enriched the learning experience, leaving the staff feeling confident that the skills acquired would enhance their roles at the resort.
