Dhiraagu held its Annual Awards Ceremony, gathering leadership and employees to recognise the individuals whose dedication, innovation, and excellence continue to contribute to the company’s progress. The event remains a significant occasion in Dhiraagu’s calendar, honouring staff who have shown long-term commitment and exceptional performance, while reinforcing a workplace culture centred on appreciation, collaboration, and ongoing development. This year’s ceremony was attended by the Chairperson of the Communications Authority of Maldives (CAM), Ilyas Ahmed, Dhiraagu CEO & MD, Ismail Rasheed, Dhiraagu Board Directors, along with members of the company’s leadership and staff.
During this year’s awards, a total of 87 employees were acknowledged for their outstanding contributions. Among them, 53 long-serving staff members, marking 10, 15, and 25 years with the company, were recognised for their sustained dedication over time. In addition, 34 employees were honoured for their significant contributions to Dhiraagu’s success. These included 14 Divisional Merit Awards, 10 Special Merit Awards, 8 Innovation Awards stemming from 3 notable projects, and 2 Outstanding Leaders Awards.
