Dhiraagu has been officially recognised as a Great Place to Work®, a distinction that highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening employee experience, fostering professional growth, and maintaining an inclusive, people-focused workplace environment. The certification is granted to organisations that fulfil internationally established standards for employee experience and is based on the Trust Index™ Survey, which evaluates factors such as trust, fairness, respect, pride, and the consistency of the workplace experience across the organisation.
This year, Dhiraagu became one of the few companies in the Maldives to receive this notable recognition, joining a limited number of telecommunications providers within the Asian region that secured the Great Place to Work® Certification for 2025.
During a special celebration held for staff, CEO and Managing Director of Dhiraagu, Mr. Ismail Rasheed, expressed pride in the achievement. He noted that the certification reflects the company’s values, its culture, and its dedication to empowering employees while serving customers and the wider community. He added that the international recognition reinforces Dhiraagu’s position as not only a technology leader, but also a leader in people-centric organisational practices.
Director of Human Resource, Ms. Azha Zameer, also addressed the milestone, emphasising that the certification showcases the commitment of Dhiraagu’s workforce and the strong organisational culture built through shared effort.
