Ooredoo Maldives celebrated Customer Day by taking its management team and employees out of their offices to meet customers across the country. The initiative saw staff connecting directly with people at Experience Centers, retail outlets, and service partner locations to listen, engage, and collect valuable feedback aimed at enhancing the company’s overall customer experience.

As part of Ooredoo’s ongoing mission to deliver five-star service, the company encouraged employees from every department to take part in this initiative. The goal was to gain firsthand insights into customers’ needs, expectations, and ideas, helping the organisation refine its services and strengthen relationships with those it serves.

“Customer Day is an opportunity for us to step into our customers’ world, listen to their experiences, and understand how we can serve them better,” the company shared in a statement. “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and this direct engagement reinforces our connection while guiding us toward a more customer-centric future.”

Throughout the day, Ooredoo employees—ranging from frontliners to top executives—joined hands to celebrate the people who make the company’s journey meaningful. The nationwide activity reflected Ooredoo Maldives’ commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring that its products and services evolve in line with the changing needs of Maldivian customers.

This year’s Customer Day theme, “Digitally Yours: Elevating Customer Experiences,” highlighted Ooredoo’s dedication to merging technology with empathy. The company aims to create seamless, reliable, and personalized experiences across every customer touchpoint, reaffirming its role as a leader in digital transformation within the Maldives.

Adding a personal touch to the celebration, Ooredoo Maldives’ Chief Commercial Officer Hussain Niyaz took over the company’s social media channels for the day, further connecting with customers online and reinforcing the spirit of engagement that defined the occasion.
